The National Association of Mapúa Alumni, Inc. (NAMA) strives to be true to its reputation as the premier alumni organization of all graduates of the Mapúa Institute of Technology.

NAMA's basic objective as an organization is to provide values and benefits to its members and, at the same time serve and support the Alma Mater. To attain this, NAMA will have to ensure that the individual goals, values and aspirations of the alumni blend with those of the organization and of its affiliate alumni associations and its local and overseas chapters. This is the challenge that NAMA must continuously face as the alumni organization for all graduates of Mapúa.

NAMA's vision is of an alumni organization whose collective philosophy is based on the concept that those in its ranks-as well as those in the ranks of its affiliated alumni associations and chapters-who can serve must serve other alumni. It envisions a truly serving organization whose resources are shared by all in the spirit of fellowship, fraternity and community.

NAMA's vision is of an alumni organization that consistently and effectively supports in an organized and rational manner the personal growth and the professional development of each and every individual member who participate in its activities as well as those of its affiliated alumni associations and chapters.

The vision of NAMA, as the premier organization of Mapúa graduates, truly encompasses that of the Institute's own goal of attaining and maintaining academic excellence.

While its vision is focused on serving its own members, it is also NAMA's vision to serve its Alma Mater and those who belong to its academic and administrative communities.

It is NAMA's noble mission and moral obligation to its Alma Mater to support its administration in the attainment of its own vision for MIT to become a center of excellence for engineering, architecture and information technology education in the Philippines and in the region.

A MISSION OF SERVICE TO GOD, COUNTRY AND FELLOWMEN

NAMA must serve a real major positive factor in the education, enlightenment and encouragement of each and every Mapúan alumnus so that they will, at all times, honor God and serve their country and their fellowmen.
